{"id":49,"date":"2020-01-30T21:58:05","date_gmt":"2020-01-30T21:58:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/staging.callista.com\/?page_id=49"},"modified":"2020-03-12T18:42:35","modified_gmt":"2020-03-12T18:42:35","slug":"aftercare","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/staging.callista.com\/?page_id=49","title":{"rendered":"Aftercare"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>How to take care of your unique Callista Crafts bag<\/p>\n<h2>CARE TIPS<\/h2>\n<p>To make sure your bag ages beautifully, we recommend that you:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Avoid exposure to direct light and any source of heat and moisture.<\/li>\n<li>Avoid contact with any oil or chemical based substances, perfumes and anything containing alcohol and its derivatives.<\/li>\n<li>If your bag comes in contact with water or any of the above substances, gently clean with a dry, non-fluffy absorbent cloth.<\/li>\n<li>Store your bag flat using the protective\u00a0 dust-bag provided.Do not fold or allow the handles of the bag to be pressed down onto the bag .<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>\nSPECIAL CARE FOR FINE LEATHERS<\/h2>\n<p>Calf-hair and snakeskin leather has a distinct delicate texture. Repeated friction against other materials may cause thinning or shortening of fur and alter its appearance over time.<br \/>\nSpecial care is recommended for suede leather, since it tends to change color upon contact with colored materials.<br \/>\nThe inside color of unlined leather can occasionally transfer to light-colored items (especially for darker colors). It may also leave plushes that can be brushed away easily.<\/p>\n<h2>\nREPAIR SERVICE<\/h2>\n<p>For repairs please email: <a href=\"mailto:customerservice@callistacrafts.com\">customerservice@callistacrafts.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p>We offer a complimentary repair service for one year from the day you purchased if we define that the problem with the product has occurred not from ill-usage but with a fault either with production or with an element of the production and assembly process. Please email images of your product, including detailed images of the damaged area to <a href=\"mailto:customerservice@callistacrafts.com\">customerservice@callistacrafts.com<\/a> . <strong>Shipping and customs charges for returning the product will not be covered by Callista Crafts.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please Note: General wear and tear will not be covered by this service and all complimentary repairs are at the discretion of Callista Crafts.<\/p>\n<p>If you have had a product for more than one year that requires a repair please follow the same process. We will then assess the work that is required and provide you with a quote and information on how to proceed.
